He missed FG/PAT in SB 51, 52, and 53. He also missed PAT in AFC championship game in 2016 which forced Pats to try 2pt conversion at the very end. He had some issues during big games.

But Manning dominated most of the 2000's (regular season anyway... postseason dominated by, of course, Mr. Brady).

Without Thomas there is no Chancellor. Earl Thomas is the very rare True free-safety, and when you have the ability to cover the top at an elite level with one guy, that allows your strong safety the freedom to roam and make plays. A role that Kam was spectacular at.

Watch a few of these and you realise how preparation and physicality is as important as skills, let's be honest most players have a similar skill level but it's the readiness and fitness that makes the difference. Another thing you notice is the lack of real characters these days, everyone has the same spiel with the I'm the best or I'm a problem etc. Not much individuality in the game any more, good job the game is super intense

If he had played the whole decade there wouldnt even be a discussion about who the greatest TE of all time is. As it stands I still believe he is the best to ever play that position but Gonzalez had a great career and longevity is a big part of that.

He also didn’t win a Super bowl or an MVP, whereas Rogers and Brady both won 2 MVPs each and a superbowl. He’s not on their level. Tbh if there was a 3rd spot it would go to Peyton Manning, not Brees.

And brees did that while being in a consistently difficult division and not always having the best o-line and wide receivers unlike Brady who was in the worst all around AFC division which guaranteed him a playoff spot every year and always had a top ten o-line and a defense to win him the game in the end.

Matt Prater arguably should have been included because he holds the longest field goal record and is third overall for 50+ field goals made. Plus more than two QBs has to include Peyton Manning, even if he retired after 2015, he still played half the decade and broke multiple records during that time.
