@@Melthornal gotta be above 40 as the kill is registered, if for any reason, it goes bellow 40, like hitting a bump or am object or suddenly flying, as the kill get registered, it doesn't count it. I did mine using the centauro 105's and the VTC mainly. yes they are high BR but the Stabilization and Thermal scope helps a lot to get motion kills

I'm done playing battlepasses. A game is supposed to be fun, not a job. That's a key reason why War Thunder is so unpopular. That, and how they designed a game around clubbing seals with 5000+ hour players with 20mm pumas, killing people in their first T-26 with no FPE yet. It's absolutely absurd. I have a black puma. I played it like 3 times and immediately felt guilty.

Honestly im glad i only bought the first battlepass(with the T-10A). That was the only battlepass season that was actually worth it and the rewards were way too good. Maybe the only other decent battlepass was the one with the pt-76-57, only because this thing is insanely OP. Other than that, im never buying battlepass anymore.

I am slowly learning it. In all nations be somewhat aggressive, but this is essential for Russian vehicles due to their competitive design, I main Russia. Be aware of your surroundings, listen to noises as much as you can.

Have you played it before, or just died to it? It's definitely a good vehicle, but I for sure wouldn't call it overpowered. As Miles H said - bmp2m.

You're right it's much easier with high tier, stabilised vehicles. I've been doing it with the T34-57 and M18. I managed to get 4 in one game. IMO the ideal map for this challenge is Cargo Port. Urban with wide, flat roads.

If you have Italian tree researched - try using centauros, there are 2 of them at the same br as bmd4. But centauros are made for it - their first Cruise Control speed is exactly 40 km/h, and max speed backwards (Q-CC2) is also 40. Find a spot where u can just move back and forth for a 100-150 meters to build a speed and shoot ppl from there. My personal record is 7 kills that counted in a game.

I also agree with you odd, sometimes the 30mm cannon seems to do less dmg than to what i feel it should. Also sometimes the spool when enemy pen you for me its rediculous considering this is a very light vehicle but yes it cramp but 12.7 almost can pen it everywhere

This challenge was a breeze in the T-80BVM which is supposed to be played by never releasing the W, flanked the whole enemy team and drove up behind them like I was a member of their team and started blasting, challenge done in 4 battles.

Italian R-3 SPAAA on AB and go. It's easy to hunt for planes. I did it in two days easily. Planes do count. You can take M18 along and try YOLO-charge-kills as well in it. More annoying is the rocket challenge because you have to have specific aircraft so it's about grinding the plane tech trees you may not have.

When I first started playing WT in 2015 I started on arcade, and I immediately figured out that driving around in a PzII at full speed was a great way to not only get 7-10 kills a game, but guarantee a victory. Now that I play realistic, people are a little more skilled but it's still fun to jump in a low-tier, fast vehicle like a Greyhound, Stewart or a Crusader and just race around the map.

Pro tip M18 and arcade, AB players are so oblivious to everything you can just flank and go full speed through their back lines. Was averaging 5-8 kills per m18 spawn

I've been doing this challenge in Ground RB only. I use the Challies as I feel like their stabilizers are the smoothest with the increased turret depression. Just full sending and it works surprisingly well. I have to say, I have to thank the Tank Biathlon in 2020 for making me an absolutely sniper while going full speed :P

My friend and I did it with spaghetti and pizza delivery vehicles. The R3 T106 is almost meant to be played this way. If you don't get a kill, don't go back immediately, just keep driving.

Seems to me, once you get to this point, the fact that you don't have separate humans controlling the individual stations, leads to some bad game play. We need team play in the same tank for this level. That's one thing that is awesome about post scriptum or hell let loose.

im a member of your discord and this challenge had me so bent and broken i asked how people were getting by it in the war thunder advice tab before it got switched to a feed but the task was so difficult no one attempted to reply and give me some foresight and after looking into top speeds of things and some trial and error i gave up and came to terms with not completing the task or the one that confirms all tasks are complete, gaijin is breaking us mentally

@@sindicite3566 it will take more tries then top tier tanks with stabs I find flanking where you hopefully won’t get spotted in ab and then charging straight at an enemy gives decent accuracy. You can pen a tiger straight on from the front, either near the driver view port or the gunner side of the turret. Some maps definitely are not easy to flank or get easy kills with, I find the map that has all like all the wooden barrack like buildings at C and a bunker like structure at A and the are hills everywhere to be a good map as you can dip and hide and flank around the hills fast to get side shots for easy 1 shot kills. The map is relatively smooth and you will be able to get close to increase chance of hitting the enemy

@@sindicite3566 make sure you are in AB mode. Not RB. I may have said the wrong m4 variant, it may have been the m4a1 (76) variant that is 5.0 in AB mode. The m18 is 4.7 in AB. M4a1 does have a weak stabilizer that works on slightly bumpy flat maps. Problem is it max speed is 42 so not every kill will count but I did get quite a few that did count with it. Probably got around 20 with m18, 6 with m4a1 76, and 4 kills with the DF 105.

I tried with the PT-76-57 in RB. I was only averaging like 1 kill per game with this playstyle. Then I switched to arcade with the BTR-ZD. Knocked it out in just four games. Everytime a plane started to dive on me I'd accelerate and shoot him down on the move. Tbf though this isn't half as stupid as citius, altius, fortius in bp season 2

I did ~5 of the kills in the R3 with the help of a bunch of enemy ASU-57s. Stalled and started to get frustrated. Remembered I had rushed the Russian TT to Rank 3 down the T-34 line to get the PE-8 for that one "x kills with bombs over y size" challenge, got ~5 more just holding W and charging straight at targets in the T-34-57 and its premium clone from the Warbond shop, and then just broke down and took out the PT-76-57 from the other battle pass, ran around like a chicken with its head cut off holding W, and got 3 games in a row with 6+ kills. The PT-76-57 is just gross. It doesn't get up to 40 quickly and it doesn't like to stay there but it was just so ez mode that I essentially got the challenge done in 2-3 hours.

Russian vehicles are more modern compared to American vehicles the same br. This is why soviet tanks either have no thermal (t64, t72 up to 1989), or amazing thermal, with the bvm, b3, and bmp2m. T80b and u are exceptions

Question for the community: Does anyone else feel like Gajin/WT have made the battle pass increasingly less fun, more difficult, and open to fewer people? It feels like the rewards get worse each time (now they’re offering a few days premium instead of the first vehicle. The task are increasingly more asinine-making you play game modes you normally wouldn’t, using vehicles that a lot of people don’t have unlocked/available And now, worst of all they’re requiring people to have top tier vehicles to even be able to try to accomplish certain tasks. And worst of all, it means if you’re just trying to play the game for fun you’ve got to deal with teammates who are forced to drive at the enemy kamikaze style to try to land shots at 40kph…so they end up dying fast, leaving matches, etc-generally making the whole game less enjoyable for anyone I’ve finally let go of the FOMO of not unlocking rare vehicles and refused to buy it this time. It’s made the game a lot less enjoyable in general which is a bummer-b/c I love WT (when I don’t hate it) Any thoughts?-@OddBawz?

Honestly, it's like Gaijin and Wargaming are in an eternal "Hold Muh Beer" battle of who can make their player base suffer more with these missions... Every patch over on console I watch wows descend into madness every time missions get released on Mondays due to idiots who think it's a speed run. Either Gaijin and Wargaming are getting worse, or players are getting dumber... I really can't tell which at this point 😅

For rank 3 and rank 4 vehicles, you may try to shoot down planes with AA instead. Most of the AA's can reach more than 40 km/h and shooting down planes with automatic weapons felt much easier to me.

I did this challenge in arcade using the pt76-57 and zsu-57, as well as a wz305 driving between spawns and waiting for planes. Definitely one of the worst challenges in the bp so far, up there with the depth charge kills.

It's not as bad as the help with repairing task if you're playing solo however I've been grinding at this task for 10 hours and only got 4 kills while moving at 40kph. I'm not a bad player either I just wish that the task was "critically damage enemy while moving at 40kph" because it would be much more forgiving. another broken part of this challenge is that most ground vehicles in war thunder have terrible traction to limit players from climbing hard to reach terrain on certain maps and thus gives you major problems in terms of acceleration and maneuvering...

I completed this stupid challenge while driving around in the toxic mobile (PT-76-57) in Arcade, but otherwise my MBTs were not fast enough, and often times I find myself stopping to get more accurate shots unless it's putting myself in danger to stop
