Well it's not the doctor flexing money. If you understand the language the video is showing from the customer's POV. So those videos are literally showing that "I saved up money to do plastic surgery" and that scene is suppose to be the customer paying. Actually, they're not cutting or removing the muscles.. They're having the nerves that control the flexing of the calf muscles cut to prevent flexing. So the muscles look slimmer. The problem is many end up with muscular atrophy and lose their ability to walk long-term. The surgery worked too well. Without the ability to fully use the muscles, they end up losing the needed muscles to support themselves. Like what happens to the legs of people who suffer spinal injuries. They end up permanently disabled and there's nothing they can do to fix it. No physical therapy, no surgery, nothing.. It's horrible they even do this surgery still. With so many patients left disabled you'd think they'd stop offering or performing this surgery. No money is worth leaving perfectly healthy women in wheelchairs, completely unable to walk.😢

As a nurse working in healthcare for 8 years, that was actually a very kind and smooth transfer. They grabbed her pants when she “stood” up so that they wouldn’t fall down and they can guide her hips to the wheelchair. She’s so sedated still. She couldn’t assist at all. I’m not sure what you expect… we also cannot break our backs.

10:21 believe it or not, there's an actual surgery that involves cutting the nerves controlling the calves to make them look slimmer. The problem is that it works a bit too well for some women. It's causing long term issues. These girls (aka guinea pigs) are left in wheelchairs, with walkers and crutches, and permanently disabled. Problems that can't be cured. Imo it's really messed up they still do this surgery overseas. Like, duh! You're severing the vital nerves controlling your calf muscles to prevent them from flexing! This makes them appear thinner and smaller over time! They're paying money for surgery to atrophy (aka kill) their calf muscles!! Once it's gone you can't get it back. So by the time they realize there's a problem, it's already way too late. No physical therapy will fix it either.😢 So no, it's not a scam, hun. It's a real thing, unfortunately... A really messed up thing. 😢
