Question about the last routine (Super Commercial Copper/Silver?). It is a bit different than in the instruction video's. I like it a lot. Do you use an extra gimmick apart from the s**t coins? I really like the way you get into it after the coins have been examined. Maybe I've missed it but I don't remember seeing that in the instructions. BTW: I recently purchased Nightshade and The Mirage set. I haven't done anything with Mirage yet, but I love Nightshade! This set got me, a mentalist doing coin magic! Imagine that! It is a beautiful set. If apparition would be available in half dollars I'd purchase it as well. I don't want to carry different sized coins. Nightshade makes coin magic a lot easier than it seems. I'm happy that I waited until now to purchase coin sets. I cannot imagine any other providing this much value. The nice thing is that the combination of Nightshade and Mirage contains enough ungimmicked coins to do Daryl's Cross of India. That was the first thing I tried before going into the supplied routines.

I am also a mentalist and card magician that has no experience with coins at all. Do you think the nightshade coin set is good for beginners or should I start with apparition/something cheaper?

@@cardtricks258 I can really recommend it. I don't even do card tricks. :-) The reason I picked this up was for a restaurant gig. I am only going perform the easiest stuff and even that is amazing.

@@cardtricks258 I think Nightshade set would be suitable for beginners. I don't own it, but have seen the video explaining the gimmicks you get included. Many of the effects you could do with FP and FP false transfer. The difficulty is not hard.

The dollar size costs ¥45000 for us in Japan, which is the equivalent to $450 in our lives. Is this pricing right or is it because it sold out and now limited? Struggling to believe that coin sets with coin magic newcomers in mind was priced above $200.

Very nice routines. I just wish that Craig's style is a little less aggressive/arrogant.

You say this quite often. It works for me and my clients. I’m sorry it doesn’t work for you but I’m not going to change the way I perform when it works for me I’m Sure you understand

He is just asking the spectator where the coin is lmao you're from the soft batch

Thanks for replying so quickly. No need to get defensive. I certainly don't expect you to change your style on my behalf. You put out some fantastic stuff and I value your reviews very much. Style is personal and your personality shines through in everything you do. Sometimes it fits your presentations, sometimes I would prefer a gentler Craig. That's all.@@magic-tv

@@robjacks2748I think it does depend on the performer. I remember Paul Daniels doing the Bunco Booth and the chop cup. It was all ... right?.... wrong! ... you're not watching this are you? He was more doing like a cheeky chap in a friendly way. I think Craig is similar. But I could never perform it like that. I would be more in the style of "I don't understand what's happening either!" It's all up to you and your audience how you spin it and what works... if it doesn't work, then change it up or down 😊
