That is the camera I bought and am very happy with it. There are models before and after it with 8mp fewer pixels. WHY? The d3500 is newer and more expensive, but this camera scored 50 to that one at 44. I have liked to crop my pics with the telephoto and i have the 18-55 and the 70-300 VR lens. Stay with those VR lenses ESPECIALLY for telephoto because they are for image stabilization. The 35 and 50mm 1.8 lenses are everywhere but if you want the very best glass, pick up a 50mm with 1.4 in the Nikkor. I shopped like all get out, chose this one, and have not one iota of buyer's remorse.

It’s dirt cheap but there are many models that are more superb and not much more expensive. I love mine but will definitely upgrade to D750 or Z6.

@@ngtamphuong Unfortunately, here in Australia, cameras are very expensive, even second hand. I've been watching eBay auctions for a good deal but so are many other people and the price goes very high in the last few minutes of the auction haha.

I think we need more light for this crop even at almost sunny day. I mean synchro + simple SB light or white / gold / silver panels

just shot a outdoors day event (lowrider picnic) using A BLACK PRO MIST FILTER stacked with a ND filter. These really improve the visuals big time. I shoot with a D3200 Nikon Crop Senor DSLR and 35mm kit lens.

you have to learn how to use manual mode. these cameras dont work soo good in auto mode. i usually use P and tweak a few settings, i get really good results.
