Hello and thank you for your question. We experimented with different products than coffee with mixed results. One thing we've come to learn is how much closer the infusers need to be to the tower to really work well. This particular unit is also an original generation unit and not available, but the newer units are smaller and work better. We've only used the new units with coffee so we can't say for sure otherwise. Wish we could be more of a help. Good luck & Cheers!

Hi Upruit. We aren’t sure who makes the accumulator but we can tell you the second generation NIM is already out. It’s 1/4 the size of the one in this video and has no accumulator. Pretty neat, we are installing the first one today! -Cheers!

Hi Upruit, the unit in its entirety is sold by Micro Matic but we aren't sure who makes the accumulator itself. They have released version two which no longer has an accumulator and is about 1/3 the size. -Cheers!

Hi Siddhant, we aren't quite sure what you are asking. 100% Nitrogen is used for coffee and other still products like wine and still cocktails. Nitrogen is measured by cubic feet and compressed into cylinders. That cylinder would be hooked up to the Nitrogenator and it draws from it on demand so you can pour nitrogenated coffee for as long as you have gas in the cylinder and coffee in the keg. -Cheers!

@@guntodd Hi Todd, yes, they both come with the NIM from Micro Matic. You can get replacement parts from them. They are on to the second gen NIM now which doesn't have either part. -Cheers!

Although Drew doesn’t explicitly say it, the glass you see in the small video playing on the whiteboard at the beginning of the video shows a coffee cascading. In our video on nitro vs iced coffee Drew shows the actual pouring of the nitro coffee. -Cheers
