I feel the exact opposite with analog vs digital triggers, mostly because of Splatoon. Analog feels horrible to use because of the physical delay when you press down to use your main weapon, it feels very clunky and unresponsive. If they design games with analog I'd of course be completely okay with that.

If Splatoon played like Super Mario Sunshine in terms of how you press the triggers, that would, in my opinion, be the best way to utilize analog controls.

One thing to note is that Dbrand isnt directly associated with nintendo so their product "leaking" the switch 2 means nothing because it has the same weight as any creator showing the leak

I hope Nintendo announces the console soon. I hope its on the cheaper side as well so I can get it launch day, but that likely won't be the case. This feels like the best month of this year (so far) for me, as a new Nintendo console is being leaked, great games released this year, and my birthday is in 10 days. Turning 19 if anyone cares. Love the content Luke, and what would you think of botw and totk 4k like some leakers suggested in the past? Also would you plan on replaying OoT in the future if its released in HD on switch 2 or 4k? Also if you wouldn't mind covering how to "homebrew" a 3ds without needing to plug the SD card into your computer? I have seen a couple videos on it and heard its possible, but i'm still not entirely sure. Would be interested in more modding videos tho.

I think the design and seeing it in action is not going to be the surprise. I think the surprise is going to be how beefed up and powerful it is for something that is a hybrid device, which could include what the ray tracing and dlss upscaling can do, as well as some enhanced features and upgrades in the control schemes etc.

The price is my main concern. Some rumors say it’ll cost around $400-$500, and they’ll justify it by claiming it has better hardware and specs, but it’ll still be on par with a PS4. For that price, I’d rather buy a PS5 and catch up on all the PS games I’ve missed. The design is also very underwhelming, but I guess that’s not too surprising, considering it’s not an entirely new console. This likely means the Switch will remain Nintendo’s only console for the rest of the 2020s.

Could be that 3rd party manufacturers are getting tired of Nintendos delays themselves and are "leaking" what they can without straightup showing the bare console. Sure, these leaks/reveals are still relatively contained within our socialmedia sphere and I doubt that the Average Joe out there knows anything about this yet, but how long before that changes and more gets leaked...huh? Nintendo needs to step it up a little. xD

Personally I think the Lite is on par with the OLED. In my opinion the Lite has the best LCD screen of any Nintendo product ever. Yes the OLED is great but the Lite LCD is not bad. I own both the Lite and the OLED and I like both with the screens.
