Leanne, Wayne, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I've been eyeing IWS for a few years as my wife and I transition from trawlers to trailers and we stopped in there last week for the 1st time just to say hello. Like you, I had enjoyed Chuck here on the channel while learning a ton about these rigs. I wondered if the company could possibly be as solid as he appeared. After one visit and meeting guys like Sam and John, the answer seems clear. With COVID and industry challenges we are waiting a bit to jump into our Explorer, but it seems we've found the right place and thanks for helping confirm that.

Thanks again for these amazing videos from customers! Love also seeing more of your facility and your team! I’m on the renegade Facebook group and it’s amazing how many people don’t know much about the RV they purchased. The first thing comes to my mind is, they didn’t buy it from IWS sales because they have no iPad videos and no clue how to use their coach. Pick your manufacturer first but then make sure you have just as high standards in the dealer you buy it from!

Love the IWS products but, I am in the Houston area and that is an awful long way to go if I needed warranty/repairs.
