I don't have anything that imports in directly from Payhip. I believe it connects to PayPal and Stripe though, so you could use the PayPal Seller Spreadsheet I have to import in your PayPal sales and then manually enter in your Stripe sales if needed. paperandspark.com/product/paypal-seller-spreadsheet/

Hi Alice, thank you! Yes the Seller Spreadsheets all have customizable space where you can manually enter in sales from other sources, so you'd be able to track your Red Bubble sales too.

Yes, the Etsy Seller Spreadsheet will import in your Etsy data but you can also manually track your sales & expenses from other sources on it. I also have import add ons that let you import in from additional sources, and there's one for eBay too.

Do you have a video that explains how to do a schedule c for multimember LLCs? My son and I have an LLC together for digital products. We obviously file taxes separately, but I can't figure out how to report it properly for both of us. Since we are a 50/50 partnership do we cut the #s in half?

Hi Melanie, usually a MM LLC is taxed as a partnership, which requires a totally separate tax return - Form 1065. These are due March 15th so I'd recommend reaching out to a tax pro ASAP.

Save files on a safe accessible space like a cloud drive (icloud, google drive, etc.). With invoices, you can also file them away in your inbox to hold onto them. The Seller Spreadsheet imports in some of your data & requires manual entry for the rest.

At what point (financial sales) must someone start tracking inventory, per tax code? (Not asking "when does someone need to pay taxes")

There is not a defined threshold for sales for when you should start tracking inventory. There are exceptions to tracking inventory for "small businesses" but then exceptions to those exceptions! Basically if not tracking your inventory doesn't clearly reflect your net income, then you should be tracking inventory. And by tracking inventory, I mean deducting your inventory in the year you actually sell it, vs the year you purchase it.
