I have always loved the designs you came up with. And the top-notch quality is very evident in each design. If only my family could own one. But we are way across the globe 😊 Your creations are one of my sources of inspiration from the pandemic till present. More power to you guys.

So of COURSE you need a second shop to meet the demand! Love this 30' Nomad! I would personally like to see taller windows, where practical, to help bring the outside in. But seriously, this is beautiful. You guys are where it's at!

We have a 4 season fifth wheel! It a pinochle
@rvnut1133 Жыл бұрын
The only problem I see with this fifth wheel compared to others is that there is no outside storage, and because you have to use the bed of the truck to pull it you also lose the storage in the bed of the truck.
@minimalistehouses5662 Жыл бұрын
Indeed
@annesmith5192 Жыл бұрын
The other problem that I see is that there is no storage box on the outside of the home for propane tanks. Which is unusual for a tiny home. I guess it's for people who are going to move it to one spot and then never move it again.
@rvnut1133 Жыл бұрын
Yes, I noticed that too and found it odd.

Is it a stand up bedroom in the back of the trailer. If your solar panel arent producing enough cab you attach a generator? Can you customize the windows if you want to?

@minimalistehouses5662 Жыл бұрын
Ça fait un gros réfrigérateur en effet 🙈

Put some decent wheels/tires and axles on it. Put lots of 120v outlets in. Wiring is cheap.

@minimalistehouses5662 Жыл бұрын
@mathieuduval7544 Жыл бұрын

The 24' foot is 13,500lb. No way this one is only 500lb more
@minimalistehouses5662 Жыл бұрын
The 24ft is between 10k and 12k pounds actually. This one was 13,700lbs all included at the balance, why would we lie on the weight?
@NTM2009 Жыл бұрын
@minimalistehouses5662 ours was 13,500lb when delivered new without rear stairs. Just under axle rating. No way one few feet longer is same weight, especially with all those added features. Why wouldn't you lie about weight, you lied about solar system components included with it
@minimalistehouses5662 Жыл бұрын
@@NTM2009 we have the certified weight from engineers in order to comply with Transport Canada and DOT, contact us at info@minimalistehouses.com if there is any issues. We need to know what’s going on in order to address it.
@NTM2009 Жыл бұрын
@minimalistehouses5662 well according to the scale ticket your delivery driver handed us when he dropped both units off your weight guess is off by quite a bit
@minimalistehouses5662 Жыл бұрын
@@NTM2009 that is the GVWR (capacity of the axles) you are referring to, not the dry weight of your unit actually. That makes much more sense now. What is the deal with the solar package? You can call 1-844-741-6464 and select option 2 if you are facing any issues with your solar system.

No information as to what makes it a true four-season RV.

But basically a 6 1/2 foam insulation in the floor and roof and 4 1/2 foam insulation in the walls, this right there outclasses any regular RV on the market!
@jabreck1934 Жыл бұрын
“ True Fourseason RV“??? I don’t understand. How is this different than any other fifth wheel. My RV has two entrances. My winter access has interior doors isolating it from the rest of the cabin. It also comes with floor drain, dedicated exhaust fan and dedicated heating vent. There is no other Rv in existence that has a built in mud room! Energy supply during the winter.? Solar panels ???? Makes no sense!!! Having a choice of solar, propane or generator is obviously superior! As far as I can see, there is nothing that makes this vehicle four season. Am I missing something?
@minimalistehouses5662 Жыл бұрын
Yes. Double glass windows, energy efficiency, no thermal bridging, Minisplit, propane/solar/electricity hybrid/ no water leaks/ R20 walls, R28 floor and ceiling / 1.5 air changes per hour / galvanized frame / insulated and heated holding tanks / self heated batteries (yes, the solar package works in winter with adjustable bifacial solar panels / real insulated door, etc. No RV is equipped for Alaska winters like this. The mud room is not a 4 season feature, but it is a good idea, yes! Contact us if you want more details, the spec sheet is on our website 👌🏻
@jabreck1934 Жыл бұрын
@@minimalistehouses5662 how do you get in and out of it when covered in mud, Snow or rain? Towels on the floor or some kind of catch basin? Mud room is not Four-season feature??? (only according to Rv industry parameters) Not the rest of the world. Solar package works in the winter? Covered in snow and or no sunlight, it’s still works? The solar panels on my roof can’t do that. Even my portable panel, that I could position for maximum efficiency, can’t do it. Alaska- I thought the sun didn’t even rise during certain times of the year. My perspective is not based on being mean. It’s based on common sense and reality. I apologize if anyone finds this offensive
