A’ho, 👘 I met Quanah’s father, Nathan Chasing Horse, when he was a young teenager after appearing as one of the three Sioux boys, who stole Lieutenant Dunbar’s horse, in Dances With Wolves. Quannah’s mother and grandmother are uniquely, powerful and gentle creative women. Thank you for agreeing to do this biography. It is the most beautifully done.

Wonderful film, though difficult to watch. Humans destruction of the natural world in the name of greed is overwhelmingly sad and it rips my heart open seeing indigenous people and animals suffer as a result. Thank you for sharing Quannah’s story, bless the people that are seeing their lives and traditions destroyed.

I am so so so happy this was made! I absolutely love Quannah for being able to manifest her dreams of being a model. She is certainly doing the ancestors work by being seen and simply existing. For myself as Latina who also felt like I was ugly compared to white beauty standards, I see myself in this story. I am thankful for these indigenous practices and the people who keep them alive. Thank you for this story it is extremely inspirational.

Solid film. We are all losing touch with our roots as outdoorsmen and women. These are some of those rare people on the planet who have kept that connection generationally. People like this, indigenous and otherwise, need to be listened to and paid attention to. Their message is as clear as day. Corpos and billionaires would have us lose our connection to enrich their own ends. Don’t give in. Get out. Connect with your roots.

I think the beauty, spirit & authenticity of your native home is far more so than that of your new 'glamour' life... I hope it takes going out into that insane, plastic, manufactured world for you to entirely realise & embrace that truth, and you use it for nothing more than a platform to represent your heritage. I'm glad your perspective & connection appears strong enough that you'll never lose sight of that. That world has a way of twisting peoples minds.
