Marking the 53rd Anniversary of the ACTUAL Great Train Robbery.
The amateur gangsters Jon and Jerry attempt to rob a late-night mail train. They didn't reckon with James in their plan... With only his vanity and stubbornness to defend himself, Edward and Ryan come to the rescue.

As you can see, a slightly different styled episode with this one. Changes made to the graphics quality and colour correction and generally its a pretty bizarre episode! Let me know what you think.

I really enjoyed this. A perfect combination of a real story but still retaining the vibe of Sodor as well as keeping a good and proper flow. I have seen people in the past try to base their fan TTTE stories on real ones and sometimes it falls flat; either by being too factual or not an exciting enough premise in the first place. This definitely works beautifully. Wonderful character chemistry and humour thrown in for good measure. James was just perfect in his role. I could go on all day about the highlights in this but I really shouldn't as I've too many to think off :)

This has to be one of the best 3-parter TTTE storys I've seen, its well written, the cast is great and the use of Trainz and real models for different episodes is interesting. Although its hard to say something about this that hasn't been said already. I do like how you released Graffiti James instead of keeping him private, if only his base model was still up...Anyway, great video, and I can't wait for Loco's of British Railways.

That's wierd, you probably should've used a stop signal and not a distant one, you don't stop at distant signals. Great episode nonetheless. I loved the chase scene and crash, and the ending was really funny!

Not so great robbery, but certainly a great story to boot it. Great mix of characters here, be they from the RWS or from the new series. It's probably one of the best uses of James I've seen in a long time, just sheer proof that there's still lots that can be done with a character thats had goodness knows how many stories around him. Quite liked the graffitti moments also :)

Well, I was thinking, perhaps try to do a story on Stepney, having that you are Terrier55Stepney, I think maybe you can have Stepney return to Sodor accompanied with his friend, Bluebell. Now I understand that Bluebell is responsible for the railway's preservation, perhaps Bluebell can tell the engines about her exploit. Or maybe the engines can tell her about the adventures on the North Western Stepney hadn't told her. Then when she meets Thomas, the two engines work on the branch line and help Mavis at the quarry, then... Oh! Then they return to their railway and tell their friends about their Sudrian Adventure?

That's a good plot, although it was Stepney who the Bluebell Railway purchased first. Bluebell was bought after and only named when she got to the railway. Funnily enough, Stepney will be introduced formally to my series in the next episode, "Fame and Fortune", and will be the part-main focus in the episode after that, "Going The Extra Mile", which is still in the writing stages.
