Footwork can be simple if you keep in mind that you don't need to set too many steps. If anything, that will just make matters worse. Here is a basic rule to follow: the Two-Step!

Thanks for watching! Hopefully this video will show you that small steps are good, but too many of them aren't. Follow me on social media: Facebook: TT Technalytics facebook.com/profile.php?... Poor Luk! Is he okay? The sound of that ball burning into his forehead… it must have left a mark. Great video. Also loved the suggestion you gave the viewers for their own training sessions. I am also curious about the intro in which Luk - cancelled or not - takes his genious, evil and wikked revenge.

Finally a video from someone to show this , I'm not crazy 😅. ...for some reason this is so obvious when you watch FZD, you can clearly see it. But the question is: does it come naturally with much training or should I try to remember to do this explicitly in my head before it becomes a second nature

To me, it's supposed to feel very automatic. However, you'll see in many situations how you're still inclined to stay still to get this (often) false feeling of extra control ... So of course you'll have to practice it, as is the case with anything.

at what point should I do a backhand top spin on a long and midday side-underspin pendulum? on the rise or at the highest point?
