Troy I have a question... people describe fasts differently. So did u do your 10 days with zero food or fast so many hours a day? Also do you only drink water or are you still allowed coffee or tea? I need guidance in this.

There a different types of fasts. There is abstaining from everything but water, there is a "Daniel fast" (just fruits and vegetables), liquid fasts, certain hours of the day. It is a time to seek or petition the Lord in consecration. It can be from a desire in your heart, obedience to the Lord or joining with other intercessors for a period of time.
