The Numeral "4" Arrives in Times Square Ready For 2024!

The numeral "4" is moved into One Times Square in the early morning and transported to the 22nd Floor by elevator before completing the final part of the journey by winch to the rooftop, and positioned next to the 2-0-2 numerals to make up “2024”. The completed installation sits underneath the Times Square New Year’s Eve Ball and will light up as soon as the Ball descends to the base of the flagpole at exactly midnight on December 31st. The numeral 4 contains 134 bulbs and is 7-feet high. The numerals combined have a total of 588 energy efficient LED bulbs.
