Im in my town rowing club and I was kicked off my crew u16 for a girl who should have been u14 because of what her surname was before the season started. I was close to stopping rowing because of how I was being more or less ingored in my club.Your whole attitude during the Olympic Games saying you were just having the craic helped my this year. So instead of worrying about races I just went to training for the craic. Because of you now I have fun at rowing not worrying about anything other than being in the boat and having the craic.
