Agreed! The sounds are just as important as the movements. Has anyone done this together, with 5 people with perfect emotion? I’m curious and kind of feel something would happen. So many movies out there are claimed as sci-fi, but there is actual truth in them.

When practicing this I found it easier to split it into parts, and perhaps it can help someone else, so here are some timestamps! (the first part ends when the second one begins, and so on) Part One: 00:00 Part Two: 3:57 Part Three: 07:10 Part Four: 09:47 Part Five: 13:05

In your opinion, do these movement take you to another realm? When done alone? When done in a group?
@jakebarton97642 жыл бұрын
I feel like where I direct my energy, is where my life flows. For me, tuning into the energy of the Five Movements, and subsequently doing them with that energy (perfect feeling) has opened a path in my life that I know would not have been available previously. I have attracted the most perfect people into my life because of it. So to answer your question, the movements have created a forking path (a new realm or reality) that was not there before. I learned the movements alone, and now I have the friends I do and we do them together. Our combined energy and will, pushes us all forward together.

Tell me, do you practice these movements every day? Are there any changes in the energy sense? Does it somehow reflect on your material world? If I have questions - can I ask you them? Have you studied every movement in detail from the movie? Or maybe the scriptwriters of the film themselves called them?
@jakebarton97644 жыл бұрын
Yeah you're welcome to ask me any questions you have :) I studied the show over and over and kept perfecting little things here and there for a while. I made this tutorial last May, and since then I've made a lot of adjustments actually. Last August I went and participated in the flashmob at Times Square. I learned the "correct" way to do it there from Jess Grippo (who learned from the choreographer's assistant), so this tutorial is actually not completely accurate anymore, but it's close enough :)
