Just rewatched S2 and I get it a lot more this time around. It's a confusing, beautiful, very clever, emotional, crazy, very well acted and shot, Mind bending series and I cannot wait for S3. I absolutely loved it on the rewatch, I didn't know what to think the first watch and wasn't sure I even liked it but OMFG it is so good.

This is one show you have to give your full attention to. I’m used to multitasking while watching a show and still understand what’s going on but not season 2 of this show. A few episodes in I had no clue what was going on so now I have to rewatch from the beginning.

OA series is much deeper than you can imagine. While many will see this as a story about different dimensions it goes far beyond that. It is a story of Neophyte going through the initiation process in secret societies today. Real life . ultimately to become ONE with ones self or illuminated. see Ordo Templi Orientis (OTO)or Ordo Astri (OA) or Thelema to understand what this movie is showing. In summary OA has gone through her first levels of initiation in first season notice how OA and Homer resurrected their friend in first season. In Freemason this is known a the lions paw achieving master degrees in blue lodge. now she must go through the Magnum Opus or The Great work process which occurs in the shadow or reversed side tree of life called Daath (ABYSS) which is the house in season 2. Prior to entering the house she must go through the ritual the Mass of the Phoenix in Thelema religion. This is eating of the cake of light. Notice they focus on the pancakes she is eating. This is preparation to enter the first phase of the great work which is called the dark (K)night of the soul. Karim is her holy guardian to help her through this. When taking this path you will encounter the beast (usually your other self))/ego/reflection/mirror). Note she saw herself on the plane when Octopus killed her for 37 second (fyi this number is very significant on the tree of life). Note the plane in that scene represents the 4 worlds or planes of existence on the tree of life as well but i dont want to get to deep. In HP Lovecraft stories they called this monster the old/ancient one this is the old Knight in show. He called this entity Cthulhu in thelema he is called Chorozon which is an Octopus in lovecraft books. Once defeating the beast monster you have ability is to travel in dimensional pathway tunnel see the tunnel they were walking through. There is another name for this but i dont want to get off topic. The show seems to show she has surpassed the blackening or dark night and moving to the white or purification phase not quite enlightened yet. There is two more phases. Total 4 in the great work process. As the show progresses you will see a more of a focus on OA, Hap, and Homer because they represent gods and mirror images of each other. I ancient religion and in current occult societies . OA represents Nuit/Maat. Hap represents Set and Homer represents Horus. Horus and Set are twins and Set is the masculine shadow side of Nuit. One cant exist without the other. Thelema calls this triad 93 31+31+31=93. Thats all for now. If you think this is crazy just look up the terms for yourself and rewatch the season and it will all make sense. Side note Brad Pitt is an executive produce to this series and he is a known to be OTO or Kabalah.

Hope i dont scare you but this is what our politicians, governments, and elites truly believe in. Its real life. Example see 2012 Olympics ceremony with the Phoenix and below it was a cake of lights (Eucharist). That was a Mass of the Phoenix ceremony magick ritual for society. If you read in that ritual the cake of light requires sulfur and mercury. Notice the cake lights were fire burning sulfur and while celebrating Freddy MERCURY. Symbolic. Apologies if im too deep

I think it was just a normal octopus. They’re apparently really smart. I think it’s comes into Nina being a medium/ the OA. Remember season 1 she could sort of telepathically communicate with Steve’s dog

This show could take some time to properly catch on. It's obviously the work of exceptional talents and I know I will have to watch it at least once more to even get close to taking it all in. Breaking the 4th wall like that was a bold and dazzling move. Another season, or a part three if you like will only add to the enormous amount of information we already have to sort through to get a hold of what's going on. In my opinion they need to concentrate the action a little more - the show could end up disappearing up its own arse, which would be a pity. I don't want it to end up being like a generic thriller - that would be awful - but I do want cohesion. As for Jason Isaacs - you better watch your step, I'm coming for ya, boy, me and Steve . . . 8-) An actor that becomes the bad guy he's playing, or is it the other way round? Ingenious. Reminds me vaguely of Being John Malkovich.

But like you said add some action or slow down on the wild ideas and flush the ones you have now out. Because you can end up shooting yourself into a narrative black hole

I'm watching the OA again as I type - part 1, episode 3 just started. I forgot what a prick the heroic Steve was at the start, because of the 2 and a half year gap - that bit where he whacks that singer kid in the throat . . . When the 4th wall was broken I initially felt let down. I thought "is this the Sopranos all over again?", but I soon realised what a great idea it was for the dimension they jump into to be one where some of them are the actors that play them - I suddenly thought "yeah, why not?" As far as I know that hasn't been done before. Also, at the end, where they're in the ambulance, that's London - my home town!

Ok so from what I’ve gathered from the ending, Hap, OA, Homer, Steve, all made it to season 3 dimension. Renata is still in season 2 dimension , so it leaves us to wonder what will happen to her..? I’m guessing she will probably stay there and live her life like she wanted since Hap took that away from her. And what about Frenchie, Buck, and BBA? Are they still in first season dimension or did they join Steve? Also what will happen to their bodies once the mind transfers dimensions? Will frenchie, bba, Steve, and buck be in a comatose state?

I don’t think Homer made it to the right dimension (current dimension where OA and Hap are actors in a show). This theory stems from the fact that we see Homer lost in the dimension where he licks OA’s back. Season 3 will likely focus on Homer’s journey to OA, Steve and Hap’s dimension (3rd). Also, Steve may have arrived in the current dimension prior to OA and Hap, since he apparently knew exactly when/where to find the ambulance carrying them. It's unclear what role Buck/Michelle plays in this new dimension; why did she climb towards the house/Karim? Is she a multi-consciousness integration of Buck (1st dimension), Michelle (2nd dimension), and Ian Alexander (3rd dimension)? -OR- Did Buck integrate with Ian Alexander whilst at the same time separate (opposite of integrate) Michelle’s consciousness by sending her back to Dimension 2? SO MANY QUESTIONS!

What I have understood overall is.. life is full of options or choices or decisions.. Say what if you were born in USA, or what happens if you were born in a different country... What happens if you picked up school and what happens if you didn't, what happens if you picked up arts or what happens if you picked up engineering or doctor.. Each choices you make, there is different dimension 😂😎 so it's an infinity dimensions just like our universe has no boundaries or sky has no limit

There's only one universe in this series, with different dimensions. In my opinion you're labeling of universe 1 and Universe 2 can lead to confusion
