The Obscure & Forgotten COD Zombies Gamemodes. Today, I'll be looking at some of the most obscure and forgotten secrets and gamemodes throughout all of Call of Duty Zombies, these can be secret zombie modes in the campaign or multiplayer, or can be gamemodes that have been forgotten over the years.

The frozen forest was an escapist place meant to comfort people undergoing the DNI experiments. The DNI experiments accidentally created an AI called Corvus and Corvus recreated the frozen forest to simulate an afterlife

Glad you enjoyed going through Call of Duty zombie's goofy zombie modes. Also that Cold War zombies easter egg should've been released as an actual survival map. Like you beat the campaign and you're given "Scenario 17" and it's just that little room. If they did that there'd be a ton of people trying to do world records on the map like No Man's Land from Moon. But I guess Call of Duty's allergic to survival maps now. Shame. Anyways fantastic video as usual! 23:28 - That cutscene you skipped is about your character being told to shoot a child. Your character refuses and the person who told you to kill the kid is just like "Nice work, you passed the test. I'm glad you didn't murder that little girl." Black Ops 4's story was insane. Pretty obvious it was written within a month lmao

Funny thing about that zombie house in Bo3 campaign is that they also reused it for the warden's house in Bo4 BOTD. They made it smaller, but it's distinctly the same house. Also likely that it was partially reused in Revelations for the house with the kids in it I did play bo3 campaign + nightmares too. Beat both on realistic. The best part of nightmares is the very end of Sand Castle where there's a cutscene of you kicking Maretti onto a spike and not only is the whole game glitchy and prone to crashes or softlocks, but if you try to skip that cutscene within the first 30-odd seconds, the mission goes to a black screen and softlocks. I really enjoyed playing it 8 times over on realistic because the mission kept softlocking or crashing.

nah bro the halloween event on cold war zombies was busted, it dropped around the same time as forsaken and had great loot. me and a buddy sat in spawn on forsaken, got multiple of the wonder weapons, had tier 3 pap on them and hit 100 in like 40 minutes. that event was the reason i stayed on cold war for a bit longer.

just wanna say - if you ever feel like living isn't for you; I highly recommend making a video 100 percenting the BO3 campaign! I did it on steam for steam plat, and oh my god; I think it's the hardest cod plat i've ever gotten. However; Idk if this is a hot take; but I feel as if the bo3 campaign is actually not as bad as you think given the immense amount of content it's filled with when you actually go for 100 percent! The hallows eve for cold war was different from jingle hells. Mimics could spawn on all the maps, killing zombies had a chance to drop pumpkins which can have perks or weapon upgrades, and the best feature is starting on round 5, and every round after, a supply drop will drop and have aether wrenchs, pack a punch chalice and either a perk of wonder weapon. Jingle hells just removed the box but had enemies drop presents and a naughty or nice drop

In the black ops 3 campaign it was said by dr salim that he made the frozen forest in the DNI for the users to have a place to themselves And the reason zombies happen in the campaign is im guessing zombies are a fear of hall's since ur in her mind via the DNI just like how ur in a world war 2 battle because she always had nightmares about the battle when she did an essay on it at the academy

Riot was in the game from the beginning. There were 4 tiers of Survival maps if I remember correctly, and you had to unlock each tier by playing with Riot being the last. Not sure if it was added later in development hence why there wasn't an actual zombies map on launch but it wasn't a post launch change

I've done the legion easter egg on outbreak survival. The worst part is honestly getting to the fight unless you play so much outbreak that you know where each of the mini-events would spawn without the mini map to help. I didn't so I blindly drove about each region and gradually hated myself more and more on the way. I did it eventually so definitely possible though!
