This humorous talk is being given by someone who is unable to speak - and that's just the point. People can't appreciate what they have not experienced and most of us have not lived our lives with a disability. Sean shares his experience with the hope that collectively we look differently at people who appear different from us. Sean Gold is a sophomore at St. Louis Com-
munity College-Florissant Valley. Although his tracheostomy Breathing Tube has left him unable
to speak, it won’t stop him from telling his story. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at www.ted.com/tedx

Shalom Sir 💜 I truly enjoyed and appreciated all that you had to say. I was diagnosed with a very aggressive form of relapsing-remitting progressive multiple sclerosis 😅 Whew such long titles. The acronyms are so much easier right? I can relate to much of what you have shared. Although you will probably never see this, I will remember you in my prayers. Thank you. Stand Strong young King 🤴🏽💜

Sean, thank you so much for opening our eyes. I am so very happy that you have published a book, and are continuing to inspire others. Even without your physical voice, we were able to hear you story loudly. Thank you. ❤️

It was awesome learning more about you. I wish more people would see others for who they are rather than how they appear. Thanks for sharing this, happy to call you a friend!! Love you!!
