Thank you. Your videos are so well explained and helpful. Over the past few months I've had some real shifts in perspectives that have made it easier to trust myself and not engage in compulsions. So thank you!

I want to spell out my real event ocd I participated in a competitive exam to enter engineering college. I passed the exam, results came online , but a official result was supposed to be send via mail. But die to some address issue, i never got that. I took admission in college , they took undertaking that i will submit that later. I forgot, and they never asked. I passed out in 2016, and got my degree and now doing my job. But i always get this fear ,that college will call me and cancell my degree as i did not submit the original version of result. It's haunting me day and night. It makes me feel, that i have something wrong, but in reality i only did study and pass the exams.

Sorry to hear about this. With ICBT you can begin to see when you are obsessionally doubting and going into your imagination, rather than relying on and trusting the sensory information that is present in the here and now.

Thank you for taking time to share all this helpful information and insights with these videos! Would you be able to do a video on Relationship OCD and fear of cheating? I know a lot of OCD stems from no direct evidence, but what if there is some evidence that could suggest cheating but it’s not 100% conclusive. I can make a story that he cheated, but I can also make a story that he didn’t cheat - so how do I know what to believe/trust? Also, what if the fear of cheating comes from past relationships where there were lies/cheating. So, having a fear of something that has happened with past boyfriends makes it hard to trust that cheating wouldn’t happen again. Thank you again! Really enjoy this channel! :)

you dressing up or not dressing up, doesn't matter. What you do through your videos is so helpful and the best thing is you keep it so real and simple. Thank you so much for what you have been doing for Ocd sufferers.
