I surfed it much bigger, in the middle of the night on a singlefin board with no fin, those were so nice right hander barrels dude

Everybody says that, the huge swell is the best swell of the yr? Is it really? Like yes great too watch if massive and maybe great to surf if you are fit with knowledge. I say maybe as allot of large swells don't suit allot of coastlines especially those sandy coastlines that are so common, and for those massive waves sand most of the time cannot handle it. The sand gets swept away the banks are gone and sometimes you are waiting months for the banks to get good. Places like Bali with reef well at least it can't destroy the break. Big surf is hit and miss just like 4ft surf, it all depends on so many things.

That’s pretty much really great mindset mate! Uluwatu can handle probably the biggest on eart! And maybe some of the beach break only can handle 4ft! Great opinion mate!🤙🏻🏄🏻♂️
