There is a tiny little gremlin known as an arrainoa that’s EXTREMELY annoying because it dose like 400 damage has a buff that makes it do more damage (at the cost of healing and stamina regen) and is hard to hit, it’s in the aquatic gacha and is a small sized creature. edit: it’s the small thing at the end of the video that did 500 damage, also the red green and yellow aren’t things safe to attack it’s a size comparison and because you were tiny (the smallest size) everything was red because everything was bigger. Edit 2: it can also see health and buffs of other creatures (even if there invisible).

And the reason it was able to kill you that easy is because it has 15k health and regenerates 1,8k hp per minute if attacked. It also has a ability called "fortify" with wich it can remove every negative status effect you deal to it. :)

Hey, Beaver, you can use shortcut keys for actions and calls. Usually keys 1-4 will be abilities, if they have that many. 7-0 are the calls. 7-Broadcast, 8-Friendly, 9-Aggressive, 0- Talk Other helpful keys R= sit Y= Lay Z= Aggressive Pose X= Cower Pose N= Mud Roll (you can do this anywhere on the map except in water and it will hide your scent, but doing it with actual mud makes the effect last longer, plus gives buffed health regen) F= Glide Toggle (for fliers. Use gliding to regenerate stamina while in the air) C= Breath (if your creature has it, and it can only be used as an adult. The ability icon for breath on the bottom bar will look like a falling meteor when it unlocks) Space= Jump/Dart/Fly (Some creatures can have two of these at once. Like semi aquatics, skyquatics and all-terrain creatures) Right Ctrl= Strafe (Allows you to move backwards and sideways without turning your creature. Very helpful for pvp. Can't sprint though, and steering is very slow.) You also can read the creature stats in the main menu under the "View Creatures" button to see what creatures you have, and what abilities your chosen creature has, and even question marks to explain what each ability does. Oh yes, and one more thing, Be careful of Wardens. That giant fish that killed you twice (different players but same creature), that creature that kinda looked like a lionfish, was an Eigion Warden. Wardens have an ability called Warden's Rage. The lower their health gets, the more their damage output goes up. Their base damage is weak, but they will absolutely wreck you when their health gets low. Wardens are these creatures: Boreal Warden (very large, icy creature with feathers on its' head, back, tail, or legs (depending on male or female. Males have the leg ones, females have the tail ones) (Winter Event Warden) Ardor Warden (Bear-Badger like creature with antlers with circular disks at the ends of them) (Valentines Event Warden) Verdant Warden (Rabbit-like centaur creature with antlers tipped with flowers) (Easter Event Warden) Garra Warden (Nightmare fuel creature. Upper teeth are long, and curl upwards from the mouth. 6 limbs) (Halloween Event Warden) Novus Warden (Honestly hard to describe this warden. All terrain warden, it has a particle trail effect going through the arms. The arms/Legs have swirl patterns) (Land Sea Sky Event Warden, that was originally never meant to return after the first event) Angelic Warden (Bipedal Warden with Eyes all over it. Mostly visible on the wings and legs, but they have them on their halos too. Adults carry this floating orb thing) (Land Sea Sky Event Warden) Eigion Warden (The lionfish warden with eyes down the sides of it, aka what killed you earlier in the video, and at the end) (Summer/Paradise Event Warden) Hellion Warden (6 limbs, has a curling tail with a mouth at the end. Horns. Second set of limbs is the largest limbs on it. Kinda has a feathery look to it, and spots down the sides) (Time Creature. Can be bought at any time. Only permanent Warden ingame) Comment may be ignored but i wanted to give a few tips. I have been playing this game since beta

Here are some tips for you to make this game better for you! 1. The Growth Stages are, when you are at 34, you turn teen, when you turn 67, you turn adult, when you turn 100, you turn elder. 2. Eating Carcasses instead of the food on the rocks boost your growth by 50% 3. Some creatures have an ability where they can’t be grabbed 4. When you get nested as something, you have a chance to get a mutation and if you sell your mutation creatures in the trade realm, you can make a lot of money 5. The token that you found at 1:45 can be used to unlock a new gacha like that one you got, that was a mecha explorer token so you can access the mecha exploration gacha

HERES SOME TIPS IN COS!! When looking on the map the gray wolfs mean people. When in pvp strafe can be used to move In place. When sniffing different colors of wolfs can be seen, if green it means it's a lower teir then you, if it's yellow there the same teir as you, if red it's a higher teir then you and should be careful around that creature, different creatures can be bought in the shop by gachas. In emotes if you cower or aggro you can get different buffs

The froggy can turn invisible so it’s funny when beaver had no clue where he went Also the big fish that grabbed you is a warden. There are 8, but you’ll probably only see two or three kinds, fish, giant deer dude and humanoid. They ahev an ability that boosts their damage for every bit of damage they take (but they have to activate it and it disables healing while active). Basically just ignore them when they attack as they won’t do much unless they are heavier than you Also also, the bigger raptor is a baryonyx that becomes decently big (but not useful). In one of the newer updates, there’s a cool raptor but it’s really grindy to get :( Also also also, healing hunter is a toggle ability to switch from healing to attacking, and the colour coded smell is based on tiers (which are based on size). Red = Bigger than you Yellow = Same tier Green = Smaller than you

as a starter it's good to collect different species, there are several behemoths that are worth only 200-300 mushrooms. I can give some for free ^^ but if you want you can also buy trial versions from shop, just go to the trials section, scroll or type the name of the creature you wanna try then buy it for a cheaper price(although getting trial version from other players is even more cheaper)

when you smell, the color of the symbol means... Red= this creature is of a species that's higher tier than your species(this doesn't mean you can't kill them, with a bit of luck and skills they can be killed) Yellow= this creature is of a species that's in the same tier as your species(this means you can probably kill them, won't require much skill) Green= this creature is of a species that's below your species tier(this means you can usually kill them easily) Tiers are basically classification of species into their respective weight range, size and strenght. there are 5 tiers, from 1 to 5. tier 1 creatures usually being the weakest, smallest and fastest, tier 2>tier 1 and so on till tier 5 which are usually the strongest, slowest and biggest classification of creatures. (also, the arrinoa was red in color because it's a tier 2 and ralokai is tier 1, although you were age 200 and it was a baby)

That sound that you heard beaver mean that oxytalis is near by.oxytalis is a predator that can go invisible and can emit radiation to lower weight of creatures around them and btw whenever you hear that sound press sniff so you can see names of creatures around you including invisible ones. Here are some tips for Creatures of Sonaria to help you. 1. If you have Grab, you can dart out the water, and by aiming your character into them, you can grab them, alternatively, if you press [1] on your keyboard, you have the ability to grab creatures, which allows you to score some free bites 2. Laying down will increase stamina regen and health regen, but be warned, as laying down makes you take 62% more damage, the key to lay down is T 3. If you want to get up quicker while laying down, press the r button twice, it's much faster than originally getting up 4. Darting is one of the most powerful mechanics, as you can grab creatures that are flying and drag them down into the water. 5. Strafing allows you to move backwards and side to side without turning, but absolutely demolishes your turn rate, turn strafe off and on during fights if you need to turn and re-adjust positioning. 6. If you click on the "Trade Realm" button, it'll take you to a place where you can trade your creatures, tokens, plushies, mushrooms, etc. Mushrooms is often the most valued thing in trades as it is the main currency in the game, but in trade realm (If you need creatures bad) you can ask people if they have any spare creatures you can have 7. Aquatics often get the +1 rule, which means they are stronger than their tier, and more often than not, can take out tiers above them. 8. Some creatures have the "Jump" ability, which can be used for either escaping or quick bursts of speed, use it well as it is costly for stamina. 9. By holding down "Z" button for 10 seconds you are given the "Aggressive" buff, which boosts damage by +25% but cutting your stamina regen in half. 9.5: Alternatively, by holding down X for 10 seconds, you are given the "Scared" buff, which boosts walk and run speed by +25% but nerfs damage by 50% 10: If you want to boost your stamina and stamina regen, as a carnivore, eat ribs, they are sparkled around the map and give an enriched buff, which boosts max stamina by +25% and stamina regen by +25%, if your a herbivore, find a cherry tree, as they give the same buffs. 11. Fliers are actually weaker than their tier, they often weigh less than most of their tier, which in return obviously gives them flight 13. If you are in the menu, you can press the magnifying glass, which allows you to see a creatures stats, abilities, passive abilities, if you need more help on figuring out which each ability does, hover over the ability and click on it, it'll show you what it does. 14. Certain creatures can go invisible, which allows them to go somewhat undetected, if you wanna spot them, you can either sniff, max out your footsteps volume, or check for footprints appearing on the ground out of nowhere 15. If you go into view creatures, and search an ability, it'll show you all the creatures that have those abilities, for example, searching "Wing Shredder" will bring up all the creatures that can disable flight via biting them. Lastly, it is important to learn from your mistakes, and try to find a playstyle suited for you! (Forgot one, by pressing F midair, you can glide with a flier, which makes your turnrate worse but gives you stamina regen)

Hey Beaver I'm not sure if you would see this but here are some tips for the game When selecting a flying creature, the game doesn't really say if it is semi-aquatic or not, the hushike you were using is a semi-aquatic, so you could've saved it if you knew to dived deeper The red, yellow, and green colors on creatures when you sniff is supposed to mean if the creature is Higher or smaller than you (red meaning bigger and green meaning smaller and yellow meaning the same tier as you), tier means how big the creature is, so it was basically saying that arrainoa was a higher tier than you. Lastly. Elder makes your creature slower but more attack and weight, weight is basically like if you weight 1,000, you deal more damage and take less damage from others lighter than you, but you deal less damage and take more damage from others heavier than you.

As someone who's played this a couple times, here's some advice: despite being a survival game, everyone gets pissed off at you if you actually properly play the game and kill others for your own survival, depending on the animal you play. I have taken to being a scavenger even as bigger predator because once I killed someone because I was about to die by starvation and multiple people started ganging up on me and chased me around the map until I died. Another example would be I was a herbivore, minding my own business, and a tiny carnivore statted attacking me. I asked them to stop, and they kept attacking, so I gave them a single hit as a warning. They ran off and came back with other carnivores, BIG carnivores, and they surrounded me and killed me. So basically don't kill anyone and just become a peaceful scavenger, and also stay away from people but close enough so that if one of them dies you can scavenge off their body if you're a carnivore.
