I use the Axiom Virus as my main driver. It is unstable and flies the best for my arm speed and skill level. The non-gyro driver I throw is the Mint Freetail in the Apex plastic.

Soooo… I do really like the Octane. It basically was in my bag as a controllable max distance disc. Between different plastics and weights you can really get some complimentary flights out of them. The only reason I quit bagging them is because I’ve been throwing two different Axiom Excites, one that’s more stable that flies similar to that 168 Fission Octane but maybe a bit farther and a flippier Excite that I can consistently get farther than the beat in 157 Fission Octane while having more torque resistance. When I’ve compared them to a couple Destroyers, they flew similarly for me but I threw the Octanes farther.
