Love the build, I’m a big fan of the medic! It’s a really underrated class in regards of what it can bring to the team in regards to benefits. I treat it as a support and rear guard class. I have to say although the Kramer rifle is second to the plasma rifle it just hits better with that stumble. Secondary though for me it’s got to be the Kramer magnum

Thanks for the build videos. I've gotten back into AFE lately with a buddy, and these are helping me to understand what makes a more effective fireteam and how best to navigate the higher difficulties. It also gives me another reason to hop on Doc, since I love the Rifle & Pistol combo that no other class has!

is there any way of gaining perks from previous seasons? I've only just started playing the game in season 4, maxed the DOC but without that 15% damage on stim activation i feel like I'm missing a huge perk.

You can get most perks by simply playing intense or above. Some perks are behind an in-game paywall, be sure to check out Sgt. Park in the armory.

I have a question what's is the best class for a beginner ? So I can focus on leveling up and learn the class.

I'd say Gunner, Demo, tech, Doc and Lancer are pretty beginner friendly. Try to find the one that suits your playstyle. Gunner is all about DPS. Dealing damage and increasing the teams DPS through Overclock. Demo is all about taking care of the mobs and knocking back the big red elites to keep your team safe. Tech is all about area denial. Set up your flame turret, place some Shock coils and roast some xenos. Doc is about being support. Suppression Station to keep the horde at bay, healing the team and supporting them through Stims. And the Lancer is a combination of Demo and Gunner. Particle Wave to stun and deal massive damage while Onslaught increases your DPS.

Some Weapons are DLC and are giving or can be bought by Park after buying the DLC. Others are rewarded by playing higher difficulties or DLC missions.

Yes. Cause it doesn't take into account the Readiness perk, only perks that are attached to it.

The fail of this build for me its it relies mostly in the damage increasse from nearby allies, but at the cost of sacrifice all the medical station upgrades, if your alies go out radious you will lose the buffs and you will become just a medic with a poor equiped medic unit. You cant really play with total beguinners and carry them, if they run around out of radious you will lose de DPS buffs and they will not be healed due the small area of the medical station built. I think medic role is suport and if put too much effort in rise the DPS you lose your real function as healer and suport, while other DPS class will still surpass you in terms of damage. Still very interesting video and very smart thinked built to play with and sure i will try it on high dificulty lvls.

On higher difficulty levels, people tend to doorstack or funnel the aliens into one direction. This means that the team is mostly together when fighting. Also, who uses the station to heal? You have medkits and, at higher difficulty, you can't sit around and wait for the station tk hwal cause you'll get Bursters or Prowlers as punishment spawn. The station is there to CC, Stims is there to buffs your damage or speedrun your team through the mission.

I use it for Horde, but I think a max radius Supp. Station build is probably more forgiving in that mode.

Well, why take revive skills when you can dodge out of danger, use a medkit or get healed by the medstation? 😋

@@Psyqhical right. I think you said it in this or another video that the best damage-reduction is not getting hit. That relegates all the damage reduction perks (and phalanx himself) to questionably useless. Maybe if higher difficulties had enemies with higher damage, but not higher in number or hp, damage reduction and reviving would make more sense.

@@Psyqhical Yes, of course. I tried it again yesterday, again, I kept it for fun, what you propose is still not to shit, but for the dps, it's nonsense. We don't build a build on a situational dps, which is only +15% ... +50% at the limit, I would understand. All these perks for that frankly... While it's an alternate build, I'd understand, but calling it "end game" shocks me.

I don't understand what you mean with situational DPS. You're firing your gun, right? I mean, that's kinda the thing in this game. And, at higher difficulties, you need more DPS cause the enemies are bullet sponges.

Doc is useless on higher difficulties. Nobody plays as doc on extreme or insane. Low damage, not many cc abilites, almost totally useless E ability (especially on insane), trauma station is waaaay worse than tech's coils, healing ability isn't so important, becouse you have to avoid almost all damage or you are screwed. They rly need to buff this class. Maybe some dedicated weapon with healing darts or something like that so you can heal your teammates frow afar or pick them up from some distance. Idk what would be the best option but right now this perk rly weak.

no he isnt usless, infact its one of the best classes in a good team, team'ed up with a gunner and tech you can beat extreme and insane horde mode without any issues, even for campaign on insane you can go with this combo, Doc is one of the best classes if you have a tech on your side, why? because the slowdown from the station stacks with the coils from the tech, and if you go tech, doc, recon, the slowdown is even crazier if the recon has his 30% slow on enemies when pups is activated...
