Tomato and Some Potato, To thicken it. Use Basil and Parsley in it and a lot of Pepper, I like this with my sandwiches because It adds punch.

Heat vegetable oil to medium-high. Put in two cloves of thinly sliced garlic. Let em get aromatic and translucent. Add san marzano tomatoes to the pan and mash 'em up. Add half a cup of a good red wine, preferably an italian one like negroamaro. Add half a teaspoon of cumin, a teaspoon of smoked paprika, freshly ground pepper and kosher salt, a quarter of a lemon finely grated for a little zest, add a spoon of basil and oregano. Once all has mixed together and heated up, remove from pan, throw into blender, add a loaf of day-old white bread and a generous helping of parmesan cheese. Blend until all is smooth, and voila. Soup's served, bitch. Drizzle a little olive oil into before serving, add a basil leaf for garnish and grate some parmesan cheese over. Serve this to your lady or boy or dog or whatever you wanna put your peepee into and prepare to have your dick blown harder than the reactor core in chernobyl
