My favorite food for heavy is the yum yum fishcake edit: watching the whole video I'm so glad you're covering the dalokohs the way ive always used it and enjoyed it for despite no one giving healthpacks the credit they deserve because everyone just doesnt care about them which i also think is a reason people would think the scorch sjot is annoying when it can be countered by healthpacks most of the time

If you hold down right click and spam G (taunt button), you can eat the food items as many times as you like without waiting. The Meat is the only exception since it hard forces Melee mode

Personally I think it makes more sense for the lunchbox items to be equippable in the primary slot. Heavy already suffers from repetitive gameplay since he only really has 1 viable loadout, adding a 4th slot for lunchbox items would make it even worse.

I main Heavy and as much as I LOVE the Sandvich, the second banana is the one I go with (for me), mainly because it recharges faster, meaning less time to fix any damage you took before every new engagement (thus keeping you in the fight swiftly even with no Medic.) and gain more food to heal comrades. The Sandvich obviously beats it in health restoration, but 200 hp is still plenty. Overall, I prefer a health Item that can keep me and the team in the fight, quickly and efficiently. So Banana it is. On that note: BWAHU-HU-Hu IM SO-HORRY SAAAANDVIIIICH! BWAAAAAHU-HU-HU-HU-HUuuuuuuuuuuuu.....

Here's my opinion (from someone who kinda mains Heavy, but be honest who really does) The lunchbox items aren't all too useful since you'll be more reliant on your medic for healing. The lunchboxes are more useful for if no medics are nearby, and the always useful utility of getting/giving health on demand. The Sandvich and Banana are close contenders. However, I'd put the Sandvich for eating and the Banana for distributing. The more time you spend eating, the less time you spend shooting. Your main strength is you shooting, so keep shooting. Medics won't really care about only healing a little bit less because you'll usually heal them when they're around half health either way and their passive heal works wonders. Other classes may be a bit peeved, but they should be easier to heal with your Medic as well. I used to really like the Dalokohs Bar. But I've found it situationally useful without Medics. With Medics, this item is objectively worse. You'll just spend too much time eating the bar for the buff. If the duration was increased to 45 seconds, I could see this weapon being used more. The Steak's pretty lousy since it's balanced around Medieval Mode and even there, it's a bit iffy. At the end, I'd recommend the Sandvich. Its high burst healing is all you need and allows you to focus on other things. But if you're playing different, then I could see other items working out. If you're flanking (you freak), the Banana or Dalokohs will serve you better since you'll have more rights to healthpacks and 1vs1 fights. If you're going for the meme the Steak will serve you well as you can run around with you conscientious objector showing which people you like to have sex with. And of course, the shotguns are still kinda useful if there's no teleporter... or for the meme again.

Another point for the chocolate is that since the buff is 30 seconds, you have a small window to freely give your chocolate to someone else while still having one ready by the time you need to reapply that buff.
