I know that DW was sponsoring you back when you put all those parts in but that’s why I tried to warn you about the problems I had with DW pumps, etc. I went radium dual hanger with Walbro 450’s. Just make sure you get the right part number 450 pumps or you’ll have issues especially on E85. Make sure you have Bader retune it after you swap all those fuel parts so you don’t have more issues.

Im sure you have heard of it or tried it but we used to use a ratchet strap around the tread of the tire strapped down tight, it helps pull the tire out towards the bead if your ever alone. Also we need supra content too!

As usual dream builds 🤩 Since u have so much experience with evo's I wonder what turbo you would recommend for an 4g63 with the basic internals being forged. I used to run an budget kinugawa turbo 20G that blew up after 5k miles. Now i want 500+ HP on premium pump gas with good spooling response . A bolt on would be cool. Did u ever heard or used blouch turbos? Like the dominator 3.0 ? Nobody knows them here in Europe but i know a tuner would praised the dominator 2.0 for quick spolling with decent power on the dyno. Or anything else u can recommend? I heard FP turbos are nowdays outdated and there are better bolt ons out there. Greetings from germany.

Once I installed a pump and on the outlet there was a rubber protection to keep the line closed the pump worked and punctured the rubber and when the car gets hot the pump also overheated

I think you should look to fuel may be they are creating vapor block because if the car get hot the fuel in the fuel line’s may be creating a vapors of that the fuel is not flowing good enough. That my point.

With the fuel system on Gary going lean when it's hot; does the tune need to be adjusted to account for the air density? I'm certainly not an expert or a tuner, I just want to keep Gary from ending up in a burn pile. LOL! Best of luck to ya!

Aem pumps are a lot better than the DW pumps but they do overheat we have to put fans on the fuel tank sometimes on the dyno

I’ve mentioned this before, I think your fueling issue is due to too much unnecessary flow that is super heating the fuel and is vaporizing in the lines. I would at minimum measure the fuel temp when you are experiencing the issues.

I had a similar issue to this with my last BMW as well. Mine was due to a missing heat shield by the tank, and on hot days mixed with the extra exhaust heat, it was causing vaporization in the pump and the car would shut down. Placed new shields and problems solved

When i was running A050s (R888r equivalents), they were super noisy as well, but i was running 295s. I think the smaller tire width reduces the noise and limits tramlining caused by their super sticky nature. Those track spec semi slicks also get noisier as they wear.

R888 are noisey tires. Try switching out the wheels on the supra and hear for noticeable difference

You are using non-chlorinated brake cleaner. It is not flammable. However, if you apply a flame source to the cleaner, you create Phosgene Gas. You will experience serious health reprocusions.
