Hi Dr. William, @DrWilliamMiami I’m a newbie to your channel. I love the content that you provide. Thank you! I will definitely be purchasing one! I had a double mastectomy in 2021. I’m scheduled to have lipo on my abdomen to transfer the fat to my left breast & possibly a larger implant, I need the extra cushion because I can feel the implant move. I had cancer in the left breast back in 2005 along with radiation, and again in 2021. Therefore, a lot of my own fat was removed during the mastectomy surgery.

Yes and you can also lose fat from the radiation therapy as well. Best of luck as you recover from your surgery. Sounds like you unfortunately have a lot of experience with surgery but best of luck with this surgery and on your recovery.

So I purchased The med Ogee Faja that was my measurements but I could not get it closed to the firsts hook so I ordered a large and that was too large on the hips and I was at the last hook now what I will say OMG the compression that it gives in the key area is everything however its took tight or too loose please help with size. using the restroom is not ideal.

Seems like BBL & ogee is #1 and 1st priority in everything. After the procedure will the patient be placed in this kind of faja ? So a patient that is not getting a BBL but getting a TT, lipo, breast reduction will not be placed in a faja right away. What are we placed in and will we be sent home with this faja or we will have to pay for it.

How do I choose what's the best style of faja for me? I had a tummy tuck and Brest lift was no implants. I had lipo where my Dr could find fat and had it transferred into my breast. I want the all in one, with bra but I don't want the sleeves. Is there one with a bra and without sleeves? I need something to hide under my clothes and I very rarely wear sleeves.

Yes it provides superior compression in areas of liposuction and less compression in areas where the fat was transferred so it is applicable to all patients undergoing liposuction or a BBL.

I suggest for patients to start to wear a faja 2 weeks after having a tummy tuck but I would ask your surgeon what his or her preference is in terms of a faja.
