15 years ago, before these mines were put in you could've bought that land for $300 - $500/acre. Several people hit home runs putting in sand m8nes and flipping them to the big miners.

You couldve brought the land, but government owns what's under it. Do your research on (MINERAL RIGHTS)😂😂. IF ITS OIL ON YOUR LAND. IT WILL BE LIKE WHEN I WAS IN PA. We was in people back yards drilling, and it was nothing they could do about it, but shoot at us. In which did😂 so in your case they struck out

@@STREETRUNNERZ_LLC the govt generally doesn't own the mineral rights except in the Gulf of Mexico or under BLM/Natl Forest land. People or companies own most subsurface mineral rights. Some mineral rights are owned by public companies. Most have Riyalty Trust in their name. You are right about the mineral estate being dominant over surface estate. The mineral owner is allowed to have reasonable access the surface in order to extract minerals but you do have to pay damages at the prevailing acreage cost to land. My comment was referring to surface sand deposits in WTx. Those are owned by surface owner.
