Hey check your alternator connections make sure they tight. Could possibly be the belt on the pulley for the alternator. If its the wide single belt with the groove in the middle, they tend to separate and tend to make the voltage fluctuate. Now if it is the two belt setup, make sure the markings are aligned together. If not, could possibly damage the bearings in the alternator. Also check to make sure the belt is tight enough to keep continuous contact with the alternnator pulley. But not too tight. You'll need a 15/16 wrench for that. Its a double nut setup. Easy work hand.
