I was an 18 year old teenage kid when this video came out, and I thought middle aged farts were hilarious doing exercises like this, even with somebody like OJ. Today I'm 48, about the age OJ was back then....yeah, here we are. By the way, glad there are no sharp objects near OJ in this video.

I read somewhere this workout was almost never done. OJ , who wasn't far from fifty years old at this point, could barely jump and moved with a limp at this point and he suffered from arthritis and bad knees.
