💯% Facts! I can't count the number of times I've made that same statement. I've seen it countless times... when the brakes are locked up, you have no control, and you can not steer the vehicle. You're right, Bill... it has everything to do with knowing and practicing the driving basics by having experience in snow and ice and hooning cars, dirt bikes, go-carts, etc. in general! It makes all the difference in the world.

There's times when when you keep her locked down and times you don't. If brakes are locked it's not likely to change direction, so if I'm going straight down the track I keep her locked if I'm headed into the wall I'm releasing so those wheels can roll and help turn the car away from the wall. It's easier said than done, you gotta have good instincts and Billy has them.
