Frome is a nice parkrun. Hill is a good challenge each lap. Luckily the start is at the top.

Yeah it’s a great one, not too easy, I like the challenge of the hill each lap too! I did Tøyen parkrun in Norway and it was the same, started at the top and thankfully on the last lap didn’t have to do it again 😄

I've seen so many videos about the parkruns in the UK, and I have no idea what that is "and at this point I’m too afraid to ask”" 😅 Finally googled. Now I don't understand why calling a regular run somewhat different 🙈

😆 yeah a parkrun is just an organised 5k run every Saturday morning! I think the only difference is it’s all free, there are a group of volunteers who run it and it is officially timed and positioned 😆 do you run a lot? 😊
