As a chaos dwarf enjoyer this ruleset really has me stoked. Its inspired me to rebase a lot of stuff and get them ready for a tournament. As you say, who knows if theyll be good, but they seem decent and most importantly - fun!

The thing about chaos dwarf artillery is that they do d6 wounds on the central hole. All the other artillery I've seen is d3+1

So does the hellcannon (which Warriors get) but that's technically chaos dwarves too ain't it?
