The point you make about not looking about something perfect but rather building it is wise, and as you say, one must not look for the greener grass, if it rains where you are at, wait for the rainbow with patience and grace. Great video👌

My ex broke up with me at the beginning of the year. I think he expected things to be too perfect. He said he felt happy and everything was easy and natural with me, no problem with desire etc. 🤷🏻♀️ I wish he knew it's not all supposed to be perfect

it's unfair for a person to make up an image of you, date you and suddenly leave because "he wasn't what he thought" or "I just need a change, I don't know why". not only unfair, what selfish and egocentric. We should be more patient with the dance of love. I have also made my mistakes in the past, but I'm now determined to not enter another relationship where there will not be a 'happy ending', and we dance to old music in the kitchen once we are old olddd grandpas, till death do us apart. Sorry to hear about that.

My gf's mom is very old and smoked her whole life so now we need to take care of her. She only just stopped smoking a few years ago. All she does all day is watch the news and scroll on her phone in bed. She is always complaining about everything. She never says "thank you" to my gf when she cooks her an amazing meal, just complains about how she would have done it differently. She orders random shit from Amazon and FB marketplace that I inevitably have to return because it's not what she wanted in some way. She is both the richest person and the most miserable person I've ever met and it reveals a lot to me about myself and how I want to live my life. Her siblings and her parents all died miserably sitting on millions of dollars they never allowed themselves to spend. It's really sad.

I can understand that misery to and extent too. My father has not been a good man, and karma sometimes catches up, for him it did. though he is old he still works and on his days off, for the past 7/8 years, all he has done is watch the news as he lays on the sofa. The last time I went to see him I bought food and medicine for him, I had to do it carefully to not 'damage his ego' and nonetheless he found ways to lecture me and get mad at me for hours, he is lonely so I heard him out. When I left I reflected and realised I don't need that shit. I have not visited him by myself since then (6 months ago). I'm glad you also reflect and decide you don't want to be like your gfs relatives have lived and died thus far. Wish you the best
