The elderly Lady reminds me of my granny, that working in her kitchen, suddenly was having unimaginably 'more hands', than the average human has and she produced many kind of foods in no time. I admire this work, the variety of dish, all fresh , healthy and warm. The bamboo constructions are the real art. I have some bamboo sticks here, they are very useful in the garden. We buy them in the shops with tools and plants for gardens 🙂 They are durable and elastic. Thank You very much for the precious video.❤

In New Zealand I've heard about eggs being preserved in salty brine, but was too shy to try it, much to my shame. They were muscovey duck eggs.
