Actually a lot, I have problems to decide especially when it comes to Patisserie. In general all with pistacchio and strawberry. Maybe at the moment choux au craquelin or Brioches Suisses ❤️

hello, le puit d'amour est un classique un peu oublié de la pâtisserie française. Il y avait une patisserie située pas loin de la rue des Martyrs et qui s'appelait Bourdaloue qui en faisait de délicieux. C'est un petit puit de pâte rempli de crème (peut être de la crème diplomate ou chiboust ???) et recouvert d'un fin caramel craquant. Avis aux pâtissiers qui chercheraient des idées d'un gâteau original !
