Us anglos eat pie, cake and many pastries with a fork. It is easier to cut them with that. Spoons are for more liquid things like ice cream, puddings and of course crème brûler. Thanks for the great video Theo and it was so nice to see Lucille in your video!

Dans les années 90, il y avait un café sur la rue Vernet avec une vue incroyable de l’arc de triomphe. J’aimais bien prendre un petit cappuccino avec un morceau de chocolat. J’adore Paris!

All the pastries and chocolates look absolutely delicious. I was confused about caneles and cannolis. I know what the Italian cannolis look like, but how do the French caneles that you like look? I searched for them on the Internet and there seems to be different types. Thanks, Theo, enjoyed the video.

The canelés look like a little bit like a small charlotte cake, you can find multiple stripes around the cylindric shape, look on Google for "Cannelé bordelais" you will see 😉
