The Oldest Schools; the Newest Thinking: Boston Public Schools IAQ and Sustainability Innovations

With the oldest school buildings in the United States, Boston Public Schools faced immense operational, financial, and communications challenges when the pandemic hit. In this session, BPS Operations and Sustainability leadership shared their experience and best practices implementing an internationally recognized IAQ Monitoring Initiative and supplementary districtwide sustainability initiatives. The session will also address strategies for securing and sustaining funding and support, to ensure these critical healthy school environment investments remain and continue to evolve.
