Hi. I made these today and they’re great. The only issue I had was that my dough was super sticky, so I had to add lots of extra flour, which probably affected the outcome because they weren’t very crispy. I always weigh my flour. According to google, 1 cup AP flour equals 120 grams, but this can vary from recipe to recipe. Could you weigh yours and add the gram weight to the recipe, please? I’d really appreciate it. Thank you!
