Easton I went through the exact same thing. It was awful. It was diagnosed as PTSD and therapy & medication helped. I still have issues, but the constant moving, not sleeping, afraid to be alone, all subsided. Best of luck to you❤

My dad passed of a brain tumor when I was 29, for the first couple years i had anxiety about getting anxiety on the birthdays and anniversaries. It subsided finally after 10 years plus counselling and medication to help my anxiety. Getting help for all aspects. Will help you out the most. You are strong and you will get through this!

Awh Easton. My heart hurts when I heard about your anxiety.The exact same thing happened to my beloved son Tyler James.His dad passed when he was 15, I didn't know how to handle his issues.Being a young mom I took him to a psychiatrist in turn they started him on drugs for panic attacks.This went on for yrs until he was hooked on Heroin.My sweet boy died alone in a hotel.💙 Since then 8/2007 I've lost at least 5 others. Point being..I live with the guilt of feeling like I had a hand on his passing. Please be careful🙏 I absolutely love love LALA & your family! You all crack me up. In a really similar place to Easton at the moment, due to a horrible work injury setting me back both physically & emotionally. Take it day by day, 5 minutes at a time if days are too much, deep breaths, simple rewarding tasks, family time & good food. Be kind to yourself

Lala I get wanting to let go and forgive thats healthy, but when filming it was not that much time post scandal… if Randall had an on going affair with one of your best friends in your house on top of it, with a dog death and family death to even add more nastiness to it, you would not like to hear after your “girls/friends” are trying to make amends especially after all the mula your “friends” made off of being on “your team” with merch and content… you are my favorite, but this is just disappointing to me, and im sure to alot of your fans… her not moving out earlier is her own decision and should not be held against her…. The whole Tom redemption seems way to produced and like all who are following are sell outs… i mean do you really like Tom that much to help redeem him? Yes you all have made dumb mistakes and cheated but just like you were backing up Ariana at last reunion its not the same, this was not just a drunken mistake or a one time thing, this was a full on affair and feelings with alot of other gross details.

I was seeing a therapist and then she retired and I just couldn’t connect with any other ones so I see a psychiatrist monthly for my medication and updates. Sometimes medication is needed and that’s ok. Sending prayers your way. 🤍

Easton i can really relate..after I had my twins/raising them alone I got it very badly. I had to start therapy every 3 weeks and I take trazadone at night and zoloft, low doses. I could NOT sit down or rest..I could not relax ...it's a very difficult feeling. You've got this TT! ( funny story, my nickname is also TT bc I called myself that as a little girl)

After years of living with panic/anxiety and depression, there is nothing as scary as waking up with a panic attack and anxiety . What works for me in the moment is essential oil. Keep it on your bedside table and when you open your eyes, put a drop of (a woodsy scent) on the palm of your hand. Cup your hands together and snuff that scent up. This stops your anxiety and intrusive thoughts in its tracks. Another quick fix, with headset on, play bilateral music. For me, it's almost like the sound is making a figure 8 in my brain. Also, no caffeine. Energy drinks, coffee, tea, pop, chocolate, anything that stimulates your energy. I hope this helps.

I completely relate to how 5:16 Easton is feeling. Where your brain won’t shut off and feel like you have to always be moving and can’t sit still. I was diagnosed with adhd in the 99% and going to a specialist who properly tested me and takes the proper precautions medicating me has absolutely changed my life. So many doctor don’t do any testing and just prescribe and adderall pill which is so generic and effects everyone so different. There are almost 50 different medications and ranging from 5-75mg of strength. Also anxiety and depression tend to stem from adhd as the source of those feelings.
