Life is Divine thanks for agreeing with my statement but why U need to live together and knowing someone deeply than only u want to enter into marriage...knowing and loving someone doesn’t mean require u to live together and have sex and finally u decide that person is good in this and that...what I agree with her is that u doesn’t require someone else to choose for u and u can do it yourself but that doesn’t mean u need to live together... I just checked I have written this message 2 years back and in my marriage for 3 years with my husband which is love marriage too but we never done living relationship all sort before marriage but compromise and understanding is there...maybe my husband and mine life journey might be different and our perception might be different too from other couple...some as u said has all this sexual issues and they unable to compromise all sort...but what if our parents choose someone who we might have no clue at all...some arrange marriage turns beautiful too because they are compatible and able to compromise ❤️

Significant topic. Marriage shud happen as a result of mutual love . If it is arranged based on many other factors eventually problems arise. You're confusing arranged marriage with forced marriage, arrange marriage happens when the couple and families agree with each other, maybe the couple may know each other before or they might get know in a period of time, then decide to engage furthur. Also your comparison between western and Asian marriage is wrong, western marriage is typically between just the couple, while Indian and few other Asian country marriages is between two families and the couple. It comes down to a nuclear family type love. There's nothing wrong to follow western one and also nothing wrong to follow the Asian one. From my personal experiences I can sya arrange marriage works too. And if you're talking about if the couple would stay in love even after marriage, it's a problem with all marriage types not just arranged.
