Someone who has struggled with intense migraines in the past and realized through trial and error that it was linked to her food intake. People track what they eat to be able to see if certain foods trigger different moods. As well as if they may have to watch what they eat and if it counteracts with any medication they are on. It can be variety of reasons why meal tracking is needed. It helped me find out that I am allergic to grapefruit due to me being on a diet that has me eat grapefruit for breakfast.
