I have to say that I can relate. I lost all my journals in a house fire and it's one of the things that bothered me the most. The things that have no monetary value bothered me the most. My dad's dog tags, family pics, etc...

Levenger has really nice discs. They are more expensive, but hold up very well. There are a lot of colors, sizes and patterns

Lol yes definately i have done that written on a sticky note, or back of an envelope and i woukd say i want to write it in a notebook and ends up in a pile of papers and sticky notes lol😅

I learned to move it forward if I can. If it's something that is lost for the day only, I leave it behind and start over the next day

As someone who has a few disabilities that get in the way of my plans, I have had to learn to plan for less per day with the extra time for resting and margin / pacing when I’m not feeling well enough for the day. I tend to have a list for the week and then break down to small things that can be done in a bad day level, and if I’m not having a bad day then I know from experience what I’m able to do more without having a bad time afterwards.

Have you seen the videos on the "adaptive living system"? The lady has a channel and has developed systems for people who have different energy levels on different days or at different times during the day. She lives with multiple autoimmune conditions. Sarah McGlory is her name. She breaks everything down into low capacity, average capacity and high capacity tasks..
