We hear Draft Analysts make QB comps to ALL the famous Quarterbacks ever, the next Brady, Manning, Marino, Montana, Farve, Mahomes, you name it...
But this past draft, the Bo Nix comp to Drew Brees was made. And in my opinion, these two guys could not be anymore similar.

Honestly I have been so excited as a Denver fan to see what this man can do with Sean Payton. I do think his arm strength isn't crazy like Mahomes or Allen but at the same time I see on tape him throwing 60+ down field with good accuracy. I had him as my QB 3 in this draft behind Williams and Daniels and I think he has great potential.

Me too. I don’t think the arm strength is that level either but I don’t think it needs to be. Especially with how other QBs with worst arm strength are doing well. I had him as my QB 3 too. With Drake Maye, Caleb, and Bo Nix

I don’t think that’s what I said if I remember right. maybe it’s later in the video is where i said besides Caleb, he would’ve wanted Nix above the other QBs. Either way, I still kind of see Sean liking Nix’s personality more. I don’t think Caleb would have jelled with Sean, given their personalities.

If you count the # of badly placed passes where the receivers have to stop dead, it's clear Fields is WAY more accurate than Williams as well as being a better rusher. So why is Williams 'Generational' & Fields wasn't? Look at how fields' throws cruise quickly to their targets to drop right into their hands. They get there quicker. Meanwhile, Caleb's throws that are so far off his receivers have to stop dead & wait for them to fall out of the sky are Pretty Spirals. & that's it. People are ignoring stats, facts & what the tape actually shows in favor of what Looks Prettier. Same with Nix. Heck, Brees himself suffered for this throughout his career with not getting MVP votes when deserved & having Brady being called the GOAT. It ain't fair & isn't about to change tomorrow.

I don't know if this is intentional but it feels like you're trying to tailor your vids to preempt the comments & the attempts are failing. I could be wrong. But it _feels like_ you're skewing the video to Say Something Concrete when in reality, you're going way beyond the comparison & making a prediction here. Can't Nix's own footage be judged for its own sake? Whether or not he has similarities to Brees does it mean anything else? Despite reaction time, roster etc. do we *have* to keep focused on superficial similarities? Or is this because the comments suggest it's what the majority wants? The video ends up with talking about Brees more than Nix & nothing Brees did or didn't affects Nix's career any more than vice versa. Why even bring him up?

Not at all. The videos I make are simply videos. I provide evidence to back up with what my opinion is. I think Bo Nix is the next drew brees. Thats what I think. Daniels is a bust. the hate on maye is out of control bo nix is brees 2.0 For videos I find a topic I think is relative and intriguing to me and I give my opinion on it and give my evidence.

CRIMINALLY bad take here kid… Nix is a Zach Wilson/Drew Lock hybrid. Brees is most likely the most accurate passer of all time from a talent standpoint. Nix won’t be a starter in 2 years.

@@JustAnFootballGuy he was propped up by playing against poor defenders/defenses in the PAC12 just like Wilson did with the teams BYU played (both have similar highlight tapes as well showing playmaking as well as quick reads) ((makes no difference against those levels of competition, I suggest you also watch his tape while at Auburn or when Oregon played UGA to open the season))

@@JustAnFootballGuy he’s similar to lock in the sense that people see a “prototypical QB” (game manager) with high upside that has some experience against high level competition (in nixs case he only really had 1 solid year in the SEC, the rest wouldn’t of had him drafted in the top 3 round much less the first) there’s a CLEAR reason Nix chose to leave for Oregon in his last year of eligibility… great editing skills kid, but do the research needed before comping ANYONE to Brees (much less a guy who won’t be able to stay in the league, much less be a starter)

Brees didn't play in the best conference either.. You can't watch Auburn's tape and look at Nix as a prospect in that lens. Thats terrible process

If I remember right, mac Jones was down the depth chart before he was officially named starter. I disagree. I think besides Caleb Williams, Bo Nix was the Broncos QB 2. They "knew" he was going to slide down their spot. So for them, they got their guy without trading up. I also disagree with Daniels being the best QB in the draft.
