Thank you for the tutorial. Yesterday I practiced outside for the first time with my new pink rope and I am also a righty so I was wondering if I am supposed to go clockwise or not. At this point I do not think I will ever be able to do the Mic release but I will keep practicing. You make it look easy. I admire your skills. The last time I jumped rope I think I was 16 and I was at a basketball camp that was held by Terry Gannon the sportscaster. I have a picture of it somewhere. He taught me to perfect my foul shot.

I didn’t realize I commented before on this video 😂 I appreciate showing the left handers how to do it, now I think it would be easier to try it right handed, so I can follow the steps visually. Otherwise, I would do everything in the opposite, which is challenging 😅

Sorry, forgot shin guards if you plan to do this in shorts! Jokes aside, I got 1 in 5 goes following the circles thing. You think it would be easier when you’re ambidextrous!
@MrThomasCrown8 ай бұрын
I've suddenly realised that your rope has to be short. My rope is 1.5x times longer than yours. I guess that is why it was so hard for me to create this rotation. I'll try to do it with a shorter rope. You should have mentioned that, my man!
