Bro, I've seen like 20 mic release tutorials, they are like 15-20 minutes each one. This is by far the best and its just five minutes. You speak about things others left aside, like timming, and edition helps to know where to look. Hope you understand my english just wanted to thank and congratulate you friend!

And all of those other MIC release videos never elaborate on some of the concepts he explains here, he took it to a whole new level for me. Where to focus your attention, the rhythm you need to have going into the move. Most other videos just tell you to pick a tissue toss or a wrist release then have you practice stirring a pot. Not useful at all.

I love the breakdown and further explanation of the details like the apex and insertion of the triplet. My only problem with mic release is that I absolutely cannot do it without shortening my rope further. What happens is that I drop being able to do other techniques because I cannot jump over the rope anymore because it's too short for the sake of being able to perform mic release 🤣
@Forte.Athletics2 жыл бұрын
That’s the reason I use two different ropes :) Eventually you’ll settle into a size that allows your to do tricks including the mic release, but first you’ll need to iron out the technique with the shorter rope :)
