A tip I started doing two years ago; is dipping the ends in the flaxseed gel to make them hard, it protects the ends even more! I need to try that flat twist out, I only do braids these days but that was so cute! Thank you for sharing 💜

Only thing different i will do is use okra gel, I bought the wrong flaxseeds it is the kind that is blended already and tiny pieces always come through the knee highs so I've just been added it to my diy hair oil.

Can you dry your hair before you braid it? Or you want to keep all that moisture in? My hair growth has been stalled for years! Really looking forward to try this.

For the shiniest most hydrated results I'd recommend doing this on damp to wet hair.
