I tried a Fenugreek Mask on my Curly Hair & This happened | Natural DIY

Testing out a fenugreek mask on my curly hair for the first time. Using fenugreek as a deep conditioner has amazing benefits: soothes scalp inflammation, treats dandruff, strengthens hair, prevents shedding, and is deeply moisturizing. Only time will tell how true this really is but I like to test out ingredients on my hair once to see if my hair responds well to it before committing to incorporating them into my curly hair regimen. This DIY mask with fenugreek is really simple with minimal ingredients, just the way I like it, hope you enjoy my review.

I use it regularly for my 4feet of hair. You need 1/3 of the fenugreek. I mix it with ground oatmeal and flax....1.5tsp of each in powder form. You can also add coconut milk for added moisture.

Hy actually u dont have to strain it at all just add more water and spend time blend it to a very very smooth texture and its ready and just apply it as a pre-shampoo mask thats all just water and shampoo is enough to wash it all off in india we use this mask to grow hair and treat dandruff and hairfall and i say its the best one👍👍

It depends on your hair texture. If you have course, coily textured hair, you definitely want to strain it to be in the safe side. You don’t want bits stuck in your hair.

You should try Vyala Bloom’s technique. Works every time and you can add the fenugreek paste to everything!

I use nut milk bags to strain my DIYs, including flaxseed gel. They are cheap on amazon, are reusable and work better than anything else I've tried.

Try fenugreek powder instead of the seeds, much easier to work with and doesn’t stay in your hair after rinsing it out

Shedding hair is completely normal but this helps a ton to eliminate any breakage you might get from detangling. Fenugreek has an insane amount of slip that reduces friction and helps to protect curls when brushing.

Do you have big strainer you should have strain it out. It would have been easier for you. The fenugreek seeds is soft and creamy . It's stuff for you.
